We specialize in servicing machine tools and CNC machines, most often those of the Kovosvit and MAS brands. Our goal is a fast, high-quality response that reduces downtime and keeps the machine in full working order.
What we specifically provide
- complete maintenance of CNC machines and service inspections
- repairs of mechanical and electrical components, fault diagnostics
- overhauls of spindle units (including those of other brands), drives and motors
- repairs of tilting tables and Duplomatic and Sauter tool heads
- replacement of ball screws, bearings and belts, machine geometry adjustment
- system updates, reinstallation, PLC programming and modifications, work on control cabinets
- supply of Detron and Kitagawa rotary tables, oil mist extractors and VELUM filters
- supply of used machines including commissioning, table planing
- ballbar measurements and preventive inspections
